Soporte de Umbría

Umbría tiene 425 niveles: 233 gratis y 192 de pago. El Cuaderno de sombras reúne 300 hojas en 15 libretas: las primeras 160 son gratis y las 140 restantes forman parte de Umbría completo.

Gratis: 233 niveles, los mundos I a VI y las 160 primeras hojas del Cuaderno de sombras; la Sombra del día de hoy y tres pistas al día. Los mundos se van abriendo a medida que avanzas por el Camino del día.

De pago: cuatro mundos con 52 niveles y reglas nuevas, VII Escarcha, VIII Deshielo, IX Estío y X Verbena, y 140 hojas más del Cuaderno. Puedes comprarlos así:

• Umbría completo: los cuatro mundos, las 140 hojas que quedan del Cuaderno, pistas ilimitadas y todas las Sombras del día anteriores. Una sola compra.
• Un mundo suelto: solo ese mundo, abierto desde su primer nivel (las hojas del Cuaderno de pago van con Umbría completo o El resto).
• El resto de Umbría: si ya tienes algún mundo suelto, te da lo mismo que Umbría completo por menos.
• Packs de 10 y de 30 pistas y propinas voluntarias. La primera propina tiñe a Tinta de oro.

No hay suscripciones. La app muestra los precios en tu moneda, tal como los da el App Store.

Abre Ajustes (la rueda de arriba en el Camino) › Tienda › Restaurar compras, con la misma cuenta del App Store con la que compraste. También está en la pantalla de compra. Vuelven Umbría completo, El resto de Umbría, los mundos sueltos, los packs de pistas y la Tinta de oro.

La app admite En familia para las compras compatibles; consulta su disponibilidad en el App Store. Los packs de pistas y las propinas no se comparten.

Si no aparece algo que compraste, comprueba que estás con la misma cuenta (Ajustes de iOS › tu nombre › Contenido y compras) y que tienes conexión, y vuelve a intentarlo. Si sigue sin aparecer, escríbenos con la fecha de la compra.

Una pista te enseña el siguiente movimiento del mejor camino desde donde estás. La primera pista de un nivel gasta una; después, las de ese nivel son gratis hasta que lo resuelves, aunque salgas y vuelvas.

• Tienes tres pistas al día, que se rellenan hasta tres cada día (no se acumulan).
• En el Mundo I y en los niveles que enseñan algo nuevo, las pistas son gratis y no cuentan.
• Las de los packs se guardan aparte y no caducan. Primero se gastan las del día.
• Con Umbría completo (o El resto de Umbría) son ilimitadas.

Deshacer, rehacer, reiniciar (y deshacer un reinicio) y «Día entero» son siempre gratis.

Es un reto nuevo cada día, según la fecha de tu iPhone; hay 400. Lo encuentras en el botón Hoy, arriba en el Camino. El de hoy siempre es gratis; los días anteriores se juegan con Umbría completo.

La racha cuenta los días seguidos que resuelves la Sombra en su día. Si un día suelto no juegas, no la pierdes: hay un día de gracia por semana. Al resolverla puedes compartir tu resultado sin revelar la solución y, si quieres, activar un recordatorio diario.

Sí, con iCloud. Desde la versión 1.4, Umbría guarda tu progreso en tu cuenta de iCloud, sin cuentas ni nada que configurar: basta con tener iCloud activado con la misma cuenta de Apple.

• En un iPhone nuevo, o si eliminas la app y la vuelves a instalar, al abrir Umbría vuelven los niveles resueltos con sus lunas, las Sombras del día y la racha, y las pistas compradas que no has gastado.
• Si juegas en dos dispositivos con la misma cuenta, el progreso de los dos se junta: no se pierde nada de ninguno.
• Se quedan en cada iPhone la partida a medias, el registro de partidas, los ajustes y las tres pistas del día.
• En Ajustes › Datos ves si se está guardando en iCloud.

Sin iCloud, el progreso se guarda solo en tu iPhone: pasa a otro si llevas tus datos desde una copia de seguridad del iPhone o con Inicio rápido. Puedes recuperar tus compras disponibles con la misma cuenta del App Store y «Restaurar compras».

En Ajustes › Sonido tienes el volumen de la música y de los efectos, y la vibración (apagada, suave o normal). Umbría respeta el modo silencio: con el iPhone en silencio no suena, y se mezcla con tu música o tu pódcast si los tienes puestos. Si no vibra, comprueba que las vibraciones están activadas en Ajustes de iOS › Sonidos y vibraciones.

Sí. Con VoiceOver, el tablero, el sol, Tinta, Chispa y sus casas se leen como elementos. Sobre el sol, desliza hacia arriba o hacia abajo para girarlo una hora. Con el rotor tienes las acciones «Paso norte», «Paso sur», «Paso este», «Paso oeste», «Esperar», «Girar sol a la derecha» o «a la izquierda» y, donde se puede, bajar o subir el sol. Después de cada acción, VoiceOver dice adónde ha llegado la criatura y si está al sol o a la sombra, dónde queda la luna de noche o por qué no se puede avanzar.

Umbría también respeta «Reducir movimiento» y el tamaño de letra del iPhone. En Ajustes › Juego puedes mostrar la cuadrícula y el mínimo de movimientos, y apagar las ayudas de gestos. «Cómo se juega» vuelve a explicar las reglas.

Ajustes › Datos › Reiniciar progreso borra las lunas y los niveles resueltos de todos los mundos, también en tus otros dispositivos ya sincronizados con iCloud. Se conservan la Sombra del día y la racha, el registro de partidas, las pistas, los ajustes y las compras.

Umbría no tiene cuentas, anuncios ni rastreo publicitario. Tu progreso se guarda en tu iPhone y en tu iCloud; Apple gestiona las compras y Game Center. Además, se envían estadísticas de uso y compras a TelemetryDeck con un identificador anonimizado. Están activadas por defecto y puedes desactivarlas en Ajustes › Datos › Compartir estadísticas anónimas. Así dejan de registrarse nuevos eventos, aunque los que ya estuvieran pendientes pueden enviarse después. La política de privacidad detalla qué se envía y cómo funciona.

Umbría has 425 levels: 233 free and 192 paid. The Shadow Notebook contains 300 pages in 15 notebooks: the first 160 are free and the remaining 140 come with Umbría Complete.

Free: 233 levels, worlds I to VI and the first 160 pages of the Shadow Notebook; today’s Daily Shadow and three hints a day. Worlds open up as you move along the Path of the Day.

Paid: four worlds with 52 levels and new rules, VII Frost, VIII Thaw, IX Midsummer and X Street Fair, and 140 more Notebook pages. You can get them as:

• Umbría Complete: all four worlds, the other 140 Notebook pages, unlimited hints and every past Daily Shadow. One purchase.
• A single world: just that world, open from its first level (the paid Notebook pages come with Umbría Complete or The Rest).
• The Rest of Umbría: if you already own a single world, it gives you the same as Umbría Complete for less.
• Packs of 10 and 30 hints and optional tips. Your first tip turns Tinta golden.

There are no subscriptions. The app shows prices in your currency, as the App Store provides them.

Open Settings (the gear at the top of the Path) › Store › Restore Purchases, using the same App Store account you bought with. It is also on the purchase screen. Umbría Complete, The Rest of Umbría, single worlds, hint packs and Golden Tinta come back.

The app supports Family Sharing for eligible purchases; check availability in the App Store. Hint packs and tips are not shared.

If something you bought is missing, check that you are signed in with the same account (iOS Settings › your name › Media & Purchases) and that you are online, then try again. If it is still missing, write to us with the purchase date.

A hint shows you the next move on the best path from where you are. The first hint in a level uses one; after that, hints in that level are free until you solve it, even if you leave and come back.

• You get three hints a day, topped up to three each day (they do not stack).
• In World I and in levels that teach something new, hints are free and not counted.
• Hints from packs are saved separately and never expire. Today’s hints are used first.
• With Umbría Complete (or The Rest of Umbría) they are unlimited.

Undo, redo, restart (and undoing a restart) and Whole day are always free.

It is a new puzzle every day, based on your iPhone’s date; there are 400. Find it under the Today button at the top of the Path. Today’s is always free; past days are played with Umbría Complete.

Your streak counts the days in a row you solve the Daily Shadow on its day. Missing a single day will not break it: you get one grace day per week. After solving it you can share your result without spoilers and, if you like, turn on a daily reminder.

Yes, with iCloud. Since version 1.4, Umbría saves your progress in your iCloud account, with no accounts or setup: you just need iCloud turned on with the same Apple Account.

• On a new iPhone, or if you delete the app and install it again, opening Umbría brings back your solved levels with their moons, your Daily Shadows and streak, and the purchased hints you have not used.
• If you play on two devices with the same account, progress from both is combined: nothing from either is lost.
• Each iPhone keeps its own puzzle left half-done, play log, settings and three daily hints.
• Settings › Data shows whether it is being saved in iCloud.

Without iCloud, your progress is stored only on your iPhone: it moves to another one if you bring your data over from an iPhone backup or with Quick Start. You can recover your available purchases with the same App Store account and Restore Purchases.

In Settings › Sound you can set the music and sound effects volume and haptics (off, gentle or normal). Umbría respects silent mode: with your iPhone on silent it makes no sound, and it mixes with your music or podcast if one is playing. If it does not vibrate, check that vibration is on in iOS Settings › Sounds & Haptics.

Yes. With VoiceOver, the board, the sun, Tinta, Chispa and their homes are read as elements. On the sun, swipe up or down to move it one hour. The rotor offers the actions Step north, Step south, Step east, Step west, Wait, Turn the sun clockwise or counterclockwise and, where possible, lower or raise the sun. After each action, VoiceOver says where the creature ended up and whether it is in sunlight or shadow, where the moon is at night, or why the move is not possible.

Umbría also respects Reduce Motion and your iPhone’s text size. In Settings › Gameplay you can show the grid and the minimum moves, and turn off gesture hints. How to Play explains the rules again.

Settings › Data › Reset Progress deletes moons and solved levels in every world, also on your other devices already synced with iCloud. The Daily Shadow and your streak, the play log, hints, settings and purchases are kept.

Umbría has no accounts, ads or advertising tracking. Your progress is saved on your iPhone and in your iCloud; Apple handles purchases and Game Center. Usage and purchase statistics are also sent to TelemetryDeck with an anonymized identifier. They are enabled by default and you can turn them off in Settings › Data › Share Anonymous Statistics. This stops new events being recorded, although events already waiting may still be sent later. Our privacy policy details what is sent and how it works.
